With a diploma in Agricultural Technologies from the University of Guelph – Alfred Campus and a few years of CSA farming under her belt, Elyna is continuing to pursue her passion: bringing fresh veggies to her community.

Respecting, sustaining and growing the earth are some of her core values. She firmly believe that it is possible to both sustain ourselves and maintain biodiversity.

Another of her interest lies in the cultivation of heirloom plant varieties. Mixing the old with the new can create a cornucopia of flavours, colours and possibilities.
